Description

This warming drawer can hold approximately 192 espresso cups or 40 plates (max 25kg). It can be used for dough proving, thawing of delicate foods, keeping drinks and food warm, pre-warming of crockery and gentle cooking. Temperature can be controlled in 4 levels.

This warming drawer is designed for pre-heating crockery, keeping food warm, defrosting and slow cooking. The warming drawer can be built separately and can be combined with a conventional oven (60cm) or a compact unit of 45 cm. Also very popular in combination with a coffee maker.
